Our home office has seen some changes lately, so I thought I’d give you an update. We added floor to ceiling board and batten, and I moved an old armoire into the room and painted it SW Accessible Beige. I also used European Gold Rub n Buff on the hardware to warm it up. But even with those changes, the room was still looking unfinished. Then the other day I stopped in HomeGoods and saw the perfect rug! It’s exactly what the office needed. I really love the colors and what they add to the room. They’re more muted in person than it shows online. It’s not too much color, if you know what I mean.

We’ve had this desk for years. We purchased it at a local furniture store so unfortunately I can’t link it for you, but I did link a desk from Target that is very similar in style, just a little smaller. I also linked one from World Market that I’ve been crushing on for a long time.
The armoire was a lucky Craigslist find, and I’ve tried to find something similar with no luck. I’ll keep looking.
