Master bathroom sources

Our master bathroom has come a long was from it’s builder grade beginnings. Painting the vanity alone made all the difference. It was that dark, espresso wood that was popular 6 years ago. The faucets and hardware were all chrome. The vanity had one big frameless mirror above it and ugly chrome light fixtures.

It still has a big corner bathtub that is not cute at all and the shower is nothing special, but I am proud of the vanity area and it’s made the whole space so much better! One day we’ll tackle the rest, and I’ll be sure to share that with you.

The first thing we did was take down the big frameless mirror and paint the walls white. I used Shoelace by Behr, which is my go-to white. Then I found these pretty wood framed mirrors at HomeGoods and hung those above each sink and wow, what a difference that made! I can’t find the exact mirrors online, but I’ll link a few that are similar.

Then I painted the vanity SW Anew Gray and loved that for a while, until I discovered a warmer version called Shiitake from Sherwin Williams. I highly recommend using Behr Cabinet and Trim Enamel when painting your bathroom vanity! The stuff is amazing!

Next, we swapped out the drawer pulls and knobs for brass options as well as the faucets.

I’ll link everything I can below. Some things might have to be “similar” items as they’re no longer available or HomeGoods finds that I couldn’t find online.
